Hayfever Reducing

We offer complimentary consultation to help reduce (but not cure) inflammatory onset responses to environmental factors causing hay fever symptoms such as sneezing, red and watery eyes, itchy eyes and itchy nose caused by pollens and other plant materials.

The treatment blocks the nerve receptors in the nasal cavity resulting in hay fever relief. This reduces over-stimulation of sinus nerves which usually trigger allergy symptoms.

It is delivered into the nose using an atomiser device spray to evenly distributes to the nasal nerves.

The Nurse will ask a few questions regarding your medical and surgical history to see if you are deemed a suitable for the treatment. When a time permits on the day, you will fill a consent form, and a photo will be taken. Then you will have doctor’s consultation to prescribe the medication to use for the treatment.

Themedicine will be spayed into your nose then lay you flat for 10 minutes for observation and ensure the medicine stays in your nasal cavity.

The Nurse will discuss before the treatment and there’s a chance of short-term discomfort, nosebleed and very rare complication of swallowing difficulties.
